Jasper Soffers was born in Bergen op Zoom in 1973. He studied at the Rotterdam Conservatorium with Rob van Kreeveld. In 1999 he obtained his diploma with an extra addendum Cum Laude for accompaniment.
Jasper is a multifaceted pianist, and as jazz pianist he has performed with musicians such as Bob Brookmeyer, Kenny Wheeler, Dave Valentine, Jerry and Ack van Rooyen, John Marshall, Bud Shank, Toots Thielemans, Bobby Shew,
